# Branded Apparel & Swag

Whether representing NASPA at a national conference or a regional event, NASPA apparel and promotional items must meet strict quality standards.

#### Apparel Branding

Apparel branding requires specific adaptations. The NASPA logo must be embroidered in full, accurate brand colors on white or light-colored fabrics. For dark fabrics (navy, black, dark grey), you must use the all-white reverse logo option to ensure the tagline remains visible.

#### Before you order

NASPA does not currently have an approved vendor list. Select a vendor that can reproduce the approved artwork accurately and meet your quality, budget, and delivery needs. Submit the proposed item, vendor details, and artwork proof through the [MarComm request form](https://form.asana.com/?k=k1BnCnePXlzQij2ev89Ecw&d=40073271502809) for review before committing funds, signing a purchase order, or starting production.
