Use this checklist for every public-facing NASPA item, regardless of channel.
- Use the correct approved logo and preserve its clear space.
- Use approved brand colors and Open Sans typography.
- Check contrast, type size, and readability at the final size.
- Add descriptive links, alternative text, captions, or transcripts where needed.
- Confirm image, video, music, and other content rights.
- Confirm the final dimensions, file type, and export quality.
- Remove placeholder copy, notes, and instruction pages.
- Obtain NASPA MarComm approval when the work requires review.
