For Constituent Group Volunteers
Use this starting point when you are communicating on behalf of a NASPA Region, Knowledge Community, Division, or other approved constituent group. You do not need to become a brand expert - start with the approved template and follow the checks below.
The simplest safe workflow
Use your official constituent group logo, begin with an approved NASPA template, change only the intended content areas, check accessibility, and request MarComm review when a partner, sponsor, vendor, or new visual treatment is involved.
Find your group logo
Use the approved lockup supplied for your group. Do not create a new logo, abbreviation mark, or event sub-brand.
Open guidance 2Create a social post
Start with an approved template, use the official account naming pattern, and preview the mobile crop before publishing.
Open guidance 3Promote an event
Use an existing event, email, signage, or presentation template and keep essential information inside safe margins.
Open guidance 4Work with a partner
Keep NASPA and partner identities separate, balanced, and approved before the material is distributed.
Open guidance 5Order merchandise
Compare vendors for quality, cost, and delivery. Follow the merchandise review process before committing funds or sending artwork to production.
