Guidance by role
For Partners & the General Public
The guidelines are public so partners, vendors, media, and community members can understand how NASPA presents itself. Public access does not automatically grant permission to use NASPA names, logos, trademarks, or source assets.
You may
- Read and reference the public brand guidance.
- Use NASPA's approved organizational description when attribution is appropriate.
- Use approved materials for the exact purpose covered by written permission.
Ask first
- Placing the NASPA logo beside another organization's logo.
- Using NASPA marks in advertising, sponsorships, merchandise, products, or endorsements.
- Redistributing source files or adapting an asset for a new purpose.
How to request permission
- Step 1
Describe the use
Explain where the NASPA name or logo will appear and who will see it.
- Step 2
Share the context
Include the event, campaign, partnership, publication, or product involved.
- Step 3
Provide a proof
Send a PDF, image, or review link showing the complete proposed use.
- Step 4
Wait for approval
Do not publish, print, manufacture, or distribute until approval is provided in writing.
